Returns Policy

If for any reason you do not absolutely love your purchase, please return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
All hangtags must be attached to the garment and proof of payment must accompany the garment(s) at time of return.
All garments are subject to inspection.
Shipping costs are not refunded.

Sale items 

FITFIT DOES NOT issue refunds on Sale items.  We will gladly offer an credit towards a future purchase. 

Important shipping notes

  • FitFit is not responsible for any delay or loss of orders in transit.
  • Extremely large orders may be subject to additional shipping charge.
  • FitFit is not responsible for any government customs fees or taxes charged for shipping overseas.
  • Please be aware that most countries in Europe will hold a parcel until it has been cleared and tax / fee is paid.
  • FitFit is not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. This applies to both domestic and international orders. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
